From Duoserve :Appointment Scheduler 2006 is a networkable appointment scheduling software for managing schedules, calendars, to-do lists, messages, contacts, and booking appointments. It replaces your paper-based calendar and/or appointment book. In addition, it allows sharing of scheduling data on multiple computers. Appointment scheduling information can be entered from any computer and the data will immediately become visible at all the computers. Appointment Scheduler 2006 also allows you to print out calendars and reports for all users on the network. Clear and easy to read schedule reports provide users with schedule data in PDF or print form that can be grouped and filtered based on different criteria. Sharing schedules is easily done by exporting or emailing straight from the application in many formats such as PDF, HTML, EXCEL, CSV.
