Yes, it Works quite easily, drag and drop etc.
Cons
Limited source file conversion, eg txt, doc and a just a few more alone can be concerted. but I could not locate the installation file, though I have used it before. Yes Im lodging a complaint.
Summary
Good Product, Ive had it for quite some time now, but There is a bettter product for my iphone: Calibre.

the freeware version limited itself to 7 documents, absorbed 7 of my doc files into itself and got rid of the rest. when I deleted the app (didn't like) it took all my files with it!
