Adds customized fields to each employee. Supports multiple users across your network. Provides infinitely customizable reports. Posts reports to the Web. Exports reports to MS Word and Excel. It also allows employees to view their own benefits and unused vacation. Prohibits unauthorized employees from seeing private information. Associates employees with pictures, resumes and other documents. Scales to support thousands of employees and users. Protects information with role-based security. Uses an explorer-style interface and easy-to-use wizards. Downloads free updates and installs them automatically. Imports and exports employees from other applications. BAM stores all employee information in an open but secure SQL database.

All-inclusive, tracks everything. Customizable. Impressive reports and leave tracking. All-in-one HR software program that includes leave, tardies, benefits, equipment, pay summary, training, licenses, union info, pop-up reminders, employee access & security. This program does more than some of the other hris programs I found for a quarter of the price. Timely and helpful customer support.
Cons
Big file to download. Needed customer support to help install and set up attendance policies.
