Version: Amazing Landlord Software System (Premium) 4
"It's cheap, and you get what you pay for"
Pros: Software was cheap.
Cons: The software has a very difficult navigation system and had numerous bugs. Data entered would be mixed up or not even show up. When we tried to get customer support, we found out there's only one guy (probably developer), and he was very hard to reach. We left numerous phone messages, and it took him over a week to respond. We told him we wanted to return the software, but he explained we were past the return date. Even though the software was cheap, it wasn't worth the hassle of learning how to use a terrible program and receive even worse customer service.
