From MSD Soft :Agenda MSD Multiuser is a network personal and professional information manager that manages your property and budget, organizes your phone book, manages your tasks and activities, has alarms for several events and birthdays, keeps a personal diary, and manages your music. The financial information is kept in local and foreign currencies. You also can configure many of the program's characteristics to fit your personal preferences. Version 6.40 includes contacts: the SQL command of the category filter has been modified to match the new database engine syntax. The filter now works properly. Contacts edition dialog: the accelerators for single or composite name now move the focus to the appropriate fields. The restore tool now restructures the cards database properly. The empty database tool does not show an error message at the end of the process. Favorites are now reindexed without delays. Small changes in several parts of the program.

Version: Agenda MSD Multiuser 6.4
Pros: Has a great set of features and does the work of four or five separate programs. Also has a pretty rich set of customization options. The program is stable and doesn't put excessive strain on system resources. It's a pretty well thought out program with nice integration between the various modules.
Cons: The interface is chintzy and looks severely dated by today's standards. Klunky-looking icons and cheesy color schemes detract from the overall look and feel(though not the function).
The biggest drawback is that, from version 6.1 (which I had) to version 6.4 (this one), the price has quadrupled! The program would have been barely worth the original $30, due to its klunky, less-than-intuitive interface, but at $120, it can only be politely called ludicrous! As there are many other, more modern-looking, more intuitive, less expensive programs available, there's really not much point to even trying this one. Good as it is, cost kills it!
