"wonderfull product. Easy to learn and use. No Bugs"

Pros
I like the customer service, I like the free product. Like the speed to which you get reports. and speed of time entry and report printing.
Cons
Don't like the link to try to force you to buy the newer product. They should have kept the FREE software.. FREE download.. as it helps many small business owners.
Summary
Free product from CNET works great. Worth downloading.. No support, but hey for free who can compalin.

I am a bit skeptical about the earlier comment of a user about 90 days time period limit. I hope this software is really free as it says it to be..!

"Looked good, but lacks support"

Pros
The desktop software seemed very intuitive and has a nice layout. I like the look of the program, and I was evaluating it (and the Pro versions)for my consulting business.
Cons
I think the program has rendered my palm useless, and I can't get through to their tech support -- or sales.
I loaded some clients and projects into the desktop software and tried to HotSync to my Sony Clie'. The HotSync failed and left my PDA in a vegitative state. It gives me a FATAL ALERT ...RESET message, and when I reset it goes back to the same message -- the dreaded endless loop. I have sent 3 emails to their tech support link and get a return message that they will not accept my emails. (I had gotten the same response from their sales@advancedtimereports.com address when I asked about program features.)
I tried everything Sony had to offer, and now they say to send my $400 paperweight in for repairs. I am not a happy customer!
If I COULD get it working, I would still want to know if it would track mileage and expenses. My impression is that the cost of adding these features, if they are available, would put the cost of this program out of the "low-cost" category.

For the free download, there are options to create more than one projects / clients and take reports for any combination of the above. Report looks good. But please see the cons too.
Cons
For the free download, there is no option to rename the header, footer, and there is no option to save the dynamically created timecard. These are considered as basic necessities.

Read the EULA, this is not freeware as stated, it is a 90 day trial, not a bad trail lenght but still not as described.
