Version: Adobe Acrobat Professional 7.0
Pros: A nice application, very powerful. It is a really useful tool to have, even thought its not for everyone
Cons: For most people wanting to make pdf's a simple pdf printer plugin does the trick I think.

Pros: Can't think of any other than the fact that there IS a version thats not `professional` yet its free and does the job.
Cons: 500 bucks for something you can get for free that does basically the same thing...? What do you think...

"An excellent product although a bit pricy"
Pros: I use Word and the ability to port to PDF with a smaller footprint and secure transmission of document without allowing alteration facilitates transmission of all kinds of invoices and documents.
Cons: Very useful but a bit pricy, they should offer a desktop version at lower cost instead of bundling a network version, which is naturally more expensive.
