From Acute Software :

Acute Software's Electronic Diary is a replacement for your paper diary and all those Post-it notes that are scattered around your desk. You can use it to jot down notes, events, Web sites, to-do lists, and reminders. The Electronic Diary lets you quickly and easily manage appointments and tasks (see screen shot) and automatically tracks files and applications in use. Version 1.2 improves searching and adds enhancements as well as some bug fixes. This shareware version is a 30-day trial. Registration price is $50.
