ActMask Document Converter X is an easy-to-use program that lets users quickly convert files into different formats. It's nothing fancy, but it's a good choice for users find themselves needing to convert documents regularly.

The program's interface is basic and intuitive, and users can either open the program by itself or select it from the list of printers when printing a document. Users then simply select the format that they want to use, including PDF, TXT, and a variety of image file types. The program quickly converts the document to the desired file type. Many of the different formats have specific options that can be adjusted; for PDFs, users can specify the author, title, keywords, and subject, while image formats allow users to set dimensions and quality. A batch conversion option lets users convert multiple documents at once. The program's built-in Help file is brief but adequate.

Overall, we found ActMask Document Converter X effective and easy to use. Nothing about it totally blew us away, but we don't have any complaints, either. Although we've seen similar programs with more file types, the 11 formats that this program includes cover the most common options. ActMask Document Converter X has no time limitation on its trial period, but it does put a watermark on it output, as well as a large ad for other ActMask products within the interface. The program installs and uninstalls without issues. We recommend this program to all users.
