"Acacia Help Desk 3.1.1 is logical and easy to use program"

Pros: Acacia Help Desk 3.1.1 is logical and easy to use program. I was able to use the software immediately after downloading it without needing to refer to the Help section. It performs all of the required functions intuitively. GUI is clearly understood at a glance. Good Job!

Cons: Little bit confusing with add contact function, but worked it out with no instruction
