I was able to open the file and convert the text but it had problems with the graphics
Cons
problems with graphics that you needed to go into file and delete hundreds of remnants that were left when it went to convert graphics

None at all the product does not work. It crashes to a Microsoft error or starts a PDF conversion without having a document (even) selected. Cannot find any converted files anywhere on my system. It's a mess.
Cons
Keeps crashing with a Microsoft error. I have repeatedly asked for assistance from 123 which included a refund without any luck.
Summary
I can't even get them to assist me restore to the old 2009 version (need a product key) despite advising them that I can no longer produce PDF articles.
Further, though I have been promised a refund I have not received the refund nor are they responding to me emails about this ongoing issue.
Almost fraudulent in my view. I purchased in good faith. They have my money and I have nothing in return not to mention their product prevents me from undertaking my work.
This new version and the lack of customer care and assistance tells me to stay well away from this product and its company. -

Admire their deceptiveness...totally invades various program menus (Word, Acrobat), won't uninstall.

Wish I had read other negative reviews first. Doesn't work at all (gives error messages no matter what), invades your system in various ways, does not uninstall even after deleting download.

Simply doesn't work, tried for hours using every option available and after converting to Word doc. file it produced garbbled junk that displayed almost every word as being misspelled and spacing was all over the board!

The simple right click conversion is really convenient as you do not have to open the software to convert files. There are numerous useful features like adding watermark, for which many buy standalone programs, comes inside this wonderful software.

"Another piece of crippled trial software"

Don't know--can't fully evaluate it as it is crippled. After just losing $108 on (Docudesk) another piece of crippled trial software--won't do that again. And just try to get hold of anyone at Docudesk.
Cons
Can only convert 3 pages max. I just bought another (Docudesk) with this limitation and the first 3 pages were OK then after I bought it I converted the full pdf and there were numerous problems. So I am not going to fall for that one again.
Summary
If you are going have a trail then have a full trial not a crippled version. Will not even try crippled versions in the future.
