  Text chatting is a thing of the past with this 3D program. For free you might figure it to be some basic or second-rate program, but it's one fine polished application. You assume either a male or female 3D persona, select one of many default skins or easily create your own. You can even select your speed and pitch of voice. New and exciting upgrades are added approx. every other week and never cost a cent. Take your 3D persona chatting with other users. And unlike other speech programs where you only get a flat dull sounding response after minutes of processing and waiting, the Vulcan-Portal characters start speaking your message the second you press the Enter key. And the developer didn't take any short cuts, you can enter special commands at the press of a button to have your persona whisper, emphasize, take a pause, or a number of other sounds to your spoken message. The developer also took careful steps to insure the 3D characters are perfectly lip-sinked to the sounds they produce. The closest thing I could think to compare it to would be having a puppet set up infront of your webcam and linked to hundreds of other users doing the same. The interaction between characters is titillating.

  This Program is Awsome! if your tired of boring old chat Prg's this is for you. With it's 3D Avatars and Voice support Youd think you'd have a hard time Setting this Program up, But thats not the case here. The Ease of installation was a pleasently superising. the Graphics are sweet, and the user Avatars are Fullly configurable. Best part is "IT'S FREE!". Trust me, get this prg you'll be happy you did.
