Basic ico converter that gets the job done. nice that it doesn't need to be a png file but it will also accept jpg and bmp files as well.
Cons
outputs are just square 16x16, 24x24, 32x32, 48x48, and 256x256
i convert images to ico files to use on my movie folders however this aspect ratio doesn't look very nice to me :(
