Split your folders into many smaller folders.
Folder Axe was made with one purpose in mind, and that is to help you split your folders into many smaller folders. You may split the folders in various ways. Two of the possible ways are "By Amount", where you specify a limit for the number of files that can be in each resulting folder; and "By Size", in which you specify a size limit for each of the resulting folders. You can also specify the name for the created folders and choose to compress each resulting folder into a Zip file if you'd like! The program itself is still undergoing active development though, so also included is an automatic update checker, which checks for updates each time Folder Axe starts up!
