Futronic's FinLogon Personal Edition (PE) is MS Windows based software that can accept fingerprint captured by the Futronic's FS80 USB2.0 Fingerprint Scanner, process and extract its physical characteristics (minutiae), then match it with the pre-registered/stored data to control the MS Windows Logon on any PC. So fingerprint can be used to logon computer that has the following advantage over the traditional username+password.
