Waste of time

I didn't have to spend money to see it didn't work.

I can't believe anyone would pay for this.
Summary
If your going to charge for a product as least make sure it works before claiming it needs zero configuration. Any software worth it's merit needs some minimal configuration to work with firewalls and Anti-Virus. What makes this program so special that it doesn't need configuration? Lack of proper security. Maybe it'll work for someone else but for our business, we have sensitive information that we don't want everyone on the network viewing. Even the most minimal of settings might make this program worthwhile in the future, til then, I'm unconvinced of the reliability and security of this program. This was an excessive waste of time and system resources.

Its one window view of the entire office is something that i have never seen before and its so easy to use that there are no configurations at all.

There is nothing like that... its too compact and powerful
