Pros
Complete control: Types of stretches (seated and/or standing), time between stretches, "snooze" for 1-5 minutes, skip this stretch, etc.
Cons
Too easy to "skip this stretch" (might be considered a positive, but then this misses the point of the software).
Summary
If you, like me, get caught up at your computer and can find yourself several hours later wondering why you never got up, this program is for you. Some of the "stretches" are for your eyes!
