• Install is buggy and uninstall doesn't work right

  Don't know of any. Can't get it installed correctly to find any.

  Shouldn't be offered to the public until it's a bit less buggy than it is now.

  Pros

  Easy to use and navigate. Background images be stretched or reshaped. Text can curve around the disc or straight. It also helps you design and print the jewel case inserts as well as the design on the CD/DVD itself.

  Cons

  I'm not entirely sure if it's because of the trial use mode, but I couldn't reproduce color. Just shades of the disc I used.

  Summary

  In the nutshell, product works as you would expect a label maker to work. I had no issues while running it at all. There are included images for the background or you can load your own images. Pretty much totally customizable. I did end up purchasing this product after the 30 day trial ended... today.

  froze program and would not print labels causing me to reboot. also canstant request to upload new program everytime started.

• GREAT FEATURES BUT...

  Pros

  Very complete program, for CD tracks it lets you modify texts as fields and add anything you want, and changes applies to all tracks (Acoustica software does not, if you want length of track between brackets you have to make this change on every track and you can't save this change as a layout)

  Cons

  I couldn´t get it to read CD-text and it is not a problem of CD. I'm using Sure Thing soft and it reads CD text very well

• Crashed My System

  Easy to use when I did use it

  I installed the software and begin using it and it worked great! Very easy to use. I rebooted my system, and guess what the very first message that popped up was...NTLDR missing, and if you are in the computer world you know what that means! I had to reformat my entire system and LOST everything! I would NEVER download it again!!!

  Tried out the trial. It's a good programme except it won't print the label and you can't get support without a ticket. My advice give it a miss.

• Excellent for LightScribe

  Pros

  I am evaluating Version 2.7 form the droppix web site. I have only used it for LightScribe but I am very impressed. The thing I love is that it gets all the artist informatin and song titles form the web and lets me make whatever template I want to display them. LightScribe technology is kind for slow right now but it does the job. It works just fine in the background so I can be doing other things while this lasers a cd. I am very very impressed with this product.

  Seems to be an efficient program, when working.

  Cons

  BUGGY!!! I installed version 2.0 (the version downloaded from Downloads.com) and every time I try to run it, it wants to update. When I download the upgrade file from the downloader, it is an inferior version. Trying to save crashes the program. I have yet to go more than a minute without crashing the application.
