Track your church's members, contributions, pledges.

Church management software to track members, contributions, pledges, pre-authorized deposits (ACH) and gifts in kind. Keeps track of relationships between donors such as: families, sponsors and small groups. Store individual and family pictures so you can do a color photo directory.

Import contribution files from PayPal, EpicPay, Vanco, WeShare, Givelify, Moonclerk, Bambora, Tithe.ly and Txt2Give with a few clicks. Print your own church offering envelopes, rather than buying pre-printed ones from a printing company. Donarius lets you view and print tax receipts or email them as an attached PDF. PDFs can be created using eDocPrinter, Win2PDF or Bullzip. Your tax receipts can be customized to look the way you want or send us a sample as a Word file and we will set it up for you free of charge. Donarius prints various reports, including donor lists, mailing labels/envelopes and donations by date or donor.

Print a bank deposit report for each of your bank accounts. Sends personalized letters, e-mails and text messages. (E-mails are sent using your own SMTP server, or your Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook or AOL account.) Data can be shared from different computers using DropBox, OneDrive, Google Drive or Sync.com. This is like web-based software but without the monthly fee. Each user has their own password and access privileges. Can also be used by a single user without a password. For churches in Canada, shows the new CRA website on tax receipts. Discount for small churches of 100 members or less. Comes with one year of support. Runs on a Mac using PlayOnMac.

Straightforward, excellent, best support, fairly priced.
Cons
Things that are done only once a year like envelope renumbering and tax receipts can be a little daunting.
Summary
I have been using Donarius for many years and can say that it is very good to excellent. The learning curve is not too steep and the software is not bloated with features that are not needed. The support is the best that I have encountered with any software and that is the most important item for me.
Donarius is an excellent product that meets our needs

Pros
Donarius provides excellent power for a very low cost. It far exceeds the other low cost contribution software on the market. It makes use of a check reader. It allows the user to import contributions from an electronic contribution vendor. The company is very responsive to user requests to improve the software to better meet the needs of the user.
Cons
The help section of the program could be improved.
Summary
Donarius is an excellent product for the money. It's capabilities match or exceed products costing far more. I have not found any software developer who is so responsive to customer concerns and requests.

Pros
Easy to learn system for tracking donations. Has great customer support. That is willing to fix the program, to make changes and corrections that you need to have it do the things that your organization needs.
Cons
Some of the reports may need to be changed. To do what you need. But, as stated above customer support is always available to work with you to make these changes.
Summary
Highly recommended software. With great support.

Pros
This software covers all the financial income needs of a congregation whether it is large or small. It takes me only minutes each weak to enter the data. It provides excellent quarterly reports as well as detailed reports for each donor when needed. The end of the year reports are easy to print out. They can even be e-mailed. There are many other features including a picture directory.
Cons
Because of our reporting requirements I have to collect the data each Sunday on one sheet and transfer the data to this application. I'm pretty accurate but there are mistakes. There is no good way around this yet but that's not the fault of the software.
Summary
This is truly a great program it has the typical issues with a new application of figuring out how to do things. The tech support however is wonderful. I share any usability issues I find and they provide the answers I need when I need them. I can't compare this with other more expensive packages but for our small church, it's been great.
Like some churches, this CMS is living in the past...

Summary
This software is very outdated and dimply cannot perform like modern ChMS. If you on a very low budget I would go with something like ChurchTeams or BVCMS over this. It is dated and not mobile accessible which is a must in this day-and-age.

Current version I have does not track personal info like birthdates and deaths, nor will it provide a birthday calendar. Would like this function with out having to know the birth year.
