  This appears to be a nice stand along contact database.

  Cons

  However it is not built to export your contact lists to a vcard for PDA's, etc.

  Summary

  Keep looking if you want to transfer your contacts from Outlook.

  Pros

  Searched the net for 2 hrs looking for software to save time converting a list of addresses, found several that were very expensive and the demos were very weak. This is the best one i found and to top it off its free what else can you ask for.

  Pros

  An amazing product for saving precious time for me. I will definitely be using this product a lot for as long as I can. It helps to do our business paperwork so much faster because I don't have to do the cut and paste thing anymore. Wonderful.

  Cons

  None that I have found.

  Summary

  This product has cut the time that it used to do paperwork by more than half. I am no longer spending all day doing the weekly paperwork. I can get it done within hours. I will be recommending this product to everybody I can think can use it.

  I can't believe how much time this saves our company. Not having Contact Capture is really not an option if you find your self using the copy paste function a lot. This is easy to use, fast, and efficient! Nice job Broadlook

• More than I expected

  Pros

  I have been using a few other Capture tools for the last few years and I did not expect much. I was totally surprised when I download Contact Capture. It is absolutely in a different class than everything else. I've been using it for over a year now and I just realized that it can work with single contacts or lists. Now that it is free I just installed it for every sales rep in our sales force. Now I don't get stuck entering data with a single licensed copy. Everyone can do it themselves and send it right into our salesforce.com crm. Big thanks to Broadlook for a great product.

  I love this software since it allows me to QUICKLY & ACCURATE capture names, addresses, phones, emails etc without a lot of back and forth copying and pasting or re-typing of information! Works well on 1 contact or multiple contacts.

  What an amazing product! No more cut and paste, easily capture lists on websites, text files, pdf files and more. Then, simply click to export directly into an Excel file. NO LIMITATION ON VOLUME! <p> <p>Quickly parse complete names into First, Middle, Last and Suffix in seconds, literally (Contact Capture works FAR better than “Text to Columns” in Excel 2007)! <p> <p>I work with lists ALL the time AND I am Certified Microsoft Expert AND this tool is one of my FREQUENTLY used tool. This is a MUST have tool.
