CapPlan is designed to be a capacity planner. With it, many employees or other resources can be scheduled. Multiple, shared schedules can be setup and multiple users may be working at the same time. In such an environment there are typically different kinds of users. For example, users who input the clients and their orders while other users do the actual scheduling. CapPlan simplifies this process by offering pending lists. A macro system is implemented to support repurchasing, invoices, and mailing.
