Looks like Miranda. That's about it.
Cons
I don't know which came first, Miranda or this one, but they're identical. Except that ICQ and AIM did not work on Complete Messenger. ICQ kept getting a login error, and with AIM, I never got any error boxes or anything, it just never connected. My ICQ and AIM setups were identical to Miranda. (and even the 'options' dialogs are identical) Either Miranda is open source and someone dinked with it, or someone ripped it off. Either way, ICQ and AIM don't work on Complete Messenger.
