  I've been searching good quality and easy to use chat with friendly interface and I found it! Flashcoms Community Chat is perfect solution. Community Chat is very easy to use and, with the option of viewing multiple cams, direct file sending from one user to another, the facility of being able to whisper and/or block other users. The sales and support team answered me every question I posted. So I really surprised to read reviews with bad attitude about this point. I'm glad to have this chat!

  We are running a social network and we wanted to add video messenger on our site, when we compared with flashcoms site messenger to others, I found it has quality, professionalism and reliability. I have had great experience with flashcoms, because our users don't need to download any software to use video chat with each other. after we integrated flash messenger into our site we have had positive feedback from our users. I'd like to thank also sales and integration team during integration they communicate with us timely manner integration team also tells you everything that all you need to know. I highly recommend flashcoms. flashcom messenger is one of the best video chat software I have ever seen made with flash.

  Paid for the product a month ago, still getting the run around.

  On June 30, I paid $299 to Flashcoms.com for a Chat module. I realized that installation was beyond my technical abilities. Whenever I would ask them a question, a few days later the reply would be "read the instruction manual. I explained that I didn't understand the manual, but was always met with silence. After asking for my $299 back, I was told that I had no grounds to have my cash refunded because I should have read the info before giving them the cash, so I shelled out an additional $150 for them to do the integration and installation on July 29. They told me via live chat that it would take 3 days to install. A week went by, so I got hold of them via the live chat to find out when my chat room would be ready. (I was told that they are located in England, so if you want to talk to them I suggest calling early AM EST). I was told that they never receive the $150 for the installation. I emailed the PayPal receipt with transaction ID & Invoice # and told them I used their website to order the installation. They insisted they never received anything and to contact PayPal to get my money back, meanwhile, they were going to invoice me for the $150! Once they received the $150 from me, they'd install my chat room! These people are crooks and keep taking me in circles. Fortunately, I've documented everything in case I have to file a claim against them.

  Summary

  We have just recently started to use Flashcoms chat for our Audio/Video chat and we love it! We have used other software packages such as 123chat and Userplane, but nothing compares to the simplicity, features and customer service found here. We are now considering using across our entire network of chat rooms.

  ) i needed multiple chat instances. and decided to go with flashcoms because they helped me with trial installation and had very nice sales management. After purchase I had everything on my web-site real quick and without any back-and-forth messaging. Support was nice plus i was granted $200 bonus..maybe it's because they liked me too, lol.

  Their new v.7 is really sticking out. It's absolutely different from anything you can find in offers right now. And a lot of functionality was added to teh admin panel which is also great! Thank you Flashcoms team for creating the product.

  Are you kidding me..it's awesome!

  Summary

  I simply love the product, it's layout and functionality.And did you see the prices?!for all the features that come in default app, it seems to be like a charity campaign or something. I enjoyed working with both sales and support team.They installed my chat within a couple hours and helped me with all the other questions i had. Great job you all!

  They seem to be very secretive as to who they really are and where they really are. I believe them to actually be located in Eastern Europe (Serbia). Why do they need to be secretive ? What have they to hide ?
