It's a general purpose set of tools for webcam owners that's feature-rich but friendly. TrackerCam is completely free for you to download and use. It is good for getting close to the subject.

Gets a little closer to the subject, so one can tell that something is there.
Cons
Does not get close enough to tell who the person is. Has no auto zoom, no focus.
Summary
It is pretty good for seeing motion. Needs auto zoom and auto focu to be able to see what is there, that one is trying to see. Overall, I had to download another program (Abel Cam) to get results.
It zooms in but doesnt work with other software such as, manycam

Will not fully install and DOES NOT do what it claims to do. It is totally useless and pointless, so I uninstalled it after giving a thorough check. For example, `zoom' only zooms the frame itself and even then it is fractional, as is pan and tilt, so barely even noticable. If i could give it no stars at all, I would. Give this garbage a miss.

This application looked ok when it started, but when I went to change the display size from 2 to 5. My PC instantly rebooted !!! (This was using XP Pro)

I downloaded TrackerCam 3.4 from the web and the uninstall problem is fixed.
Does not unistall completely

The program will unistall......but every video capture divice you try to use after you unstall will ask you to install it again for it to work.
