If you're looking for a free yet capable FTP program, check out this offering from CoffeeCup. We liked the program's intuitive interface, although you will be forced to endure several advertising banners. It wasn't immediately clear how to connect to the FTP server, but after a brief trip to the help files, we had success in mere seconds. In our tests, the program did its job just fine, though we did notice a few quirks. For example, the program does not ask whether or not you want to overwrite files and simply does so automatically. In terms of features, CoffeeCup Free FTP supports secure SSH transfers but won't let you schedule downloads. However, we were glad to note that transferring files didn't affect our PC's performance. Although the program doesn't have some advanced features that seasoned users will desire, most folks won't go wrong with this free FTP utility.
What’s new in version 4.5.2014
Version 4.5.2014 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.
It is easy to connect to a remote location with this FTP program.
Cons
1. It has no de-install, not in Windows de-install, not in it's directory.
2. It shows a huge, moving add, which is very annoying.
Summary
A program that doesn't allow you to properly deinstall in Windows, gets as less stars as possible from me.
Doesn't work - Windows 7 64bit

Pros
Easy to install.
Cons
Just opens an ad site. Need to stop it in the task manager before it will allow uninstall.
Summary
All I got was a blue circle that never stopped. If I clicked on the box below it opened an advertising site. For me it isn't an ftp client, it is just a link to an adv site
This isn't an FTP client
imagineth
Pros
I am able to uninstall this garbage
Cons
Doesn't allow you to add your own server. Only works with S-Drive...wtf is s-drive?
Summary
Downloaded this waste of data only to find that if you don't have an s-drive account, it's worse than useless. Time AND money wasted!

Very simple to use and much better than Filezilla.
ignorantmonkey
Pros
Easy and has not stopped sending files every time I send em.
Cons
None as far as today.
Summary
I used Filezilla many times. Lately I have need to send some files using my wireless laptop over a slow connection. Every time I sent a file using Filezilla the tranfer stopped or was cut short. But Coffee Cup did that fast and never failed.
Easy to use
badpenang
Pros
Ease of use I like its favorites like function for ftp sites, each with its own configuration. Ability to rename files or set attributes are good. Prompts when you want to overwrite files.
Cons
Refresh time is a bit slow sometimes depending on connection. Deletion of directory did not prompt sometimes.
Resume broken downloads, use multiple FTP accounts, and transfer binary, ASCII, or automode files. What do you want in an FTP client? If your answer is "simple and reliable file transfers," you've come to the right place. CoffeeCup Free FTP gives you all the great FTP features you'd expect from CoffeeCup Software without all that extra stuff. Set up multiple server profiles, transfer files in binary, ASCII, or auto mode, and upload files by dragging and dropping them from your computer to your server.
