  -File transfer speed seems reasonable for smaller files -Doesn't bug you about registration or purchase

  -would be nice to have a side by side view of my local machine with the device, but drag and drop is sufficient to upload files

  Can't tell until you can use it.

  This publisher has a problem with PayPal. There is no way to pay for this app. When you hit PayPal a pop-up says there This process is a revolving problem. When referred to the publisher's site you can find no way to pay for the validation code.

  Summary

  If a program publisher is trying to make money (cheapware, as he calls it), then it behooves him to get his game together with PayPal. The reference on the "problem with PayPal" requests that the prospective customer go to his site. Lovely, there is nothing I could find for an alternate payment method. CNet's invitation to download at this point seems a bit of a useless venture. It is obvious that I am not alone in this dilemma and asking for a rating is futile. May I suggest that CNet remove this download offer until the publisher can get back in business. I'm led to believe that this is a good little app and at only a couple of bucks a pop may be a gold mine for us all. Pity!
