• Functionality is fine, but is anyone home?

  The functionality works most of the time and it is very nice when it works.

  I bought the program over a week ago, and I still have not received an unlock code, even after 2 emails and a phone call. Beware.

  The program does work excellently, but with updates to the os and applications, it does not work in many programs now, and conflicts with many others. The author does not respond to support requests (I also had the same problem with cooldesk by the same author), so this program was not worth what I paid for it, unfortunately.
