Simple but efficient, this program can kill annoying pop-up messages and windows in a flash. ClickOff offers a nonobtrusive, uncomplicated interface that you can minimize to your system tray. In our tests, we found it easy to add a window or dialog box to ClickOff's list of triggers, since it automatically detects opened windows. You can specify additional parameters, such as which particular button you want to be clicked in dialog boxes; or if a window contains a certain text, you can configure ClickOff to use it as a trigger to automatically close the window. Novices will surely appreciate the easy-to-follow wizard for adding windows or dialog boxes that will activate ClickOff's features. All users who are tired of closing annoying pop-up windows and error boxes will truly find benefits from this free program.

Does not kill MP3 Skype Recorder annoyance popups

Does not kill MP3 Skype Recorder annoyance popups
Summary
MP3 Skype Recorder has annoying popups you don't need (telling you recording has begun and recording has finished). You don't nee these, particularly as they interfere with focus, which the programmers know, because they make you buy the pro version to make them go away. I was hoping this clickoff would automatically close those popups, but it does not appear to be able to do so.
Says version 1.89 but is really 1.88

Pros
Love this program
Cons
Button labels are not in English even after selecting English as the language. ClickOff starten bzw. anzeigen = ClickOff Start; ClickOff ohne TrayIcon = ClickOff Without TrayIcon; ClickOff beenden = ClickOff Exit.....I think.
Summary
Been using for years now as I laugh at the many annoying pop up windows from various free programs wanting you to upgrade to a pay version of the program, etc disappear......POOF
This worked well for me.

Pros
What a nuisance a stalled program can be. This program will close the program that is stalled.
Cons
Nothing at all.
Summary
Especially great for those who use Avira Free antivirus

Pros
Execellent little tool that gets rid of annoying pop up boxes like Avira's nag screen, or for any other nag screen for that matter. Light on resources and lightning fast you don't see the pop up screens, just a split second flicker on screen.
Cons
Very occasionallly the stored settings in click off dissapear, but no biggie, you just have to reset the pop up screens you want clicked off. I've been using this for 4 months and it has only had to be reset a couple of times, a minor issue.
Summary
It's very useful for all those annoying pop up boxes from Windows, to Avira, to Malwarebytes post scan Notepad. A great little tool, and a must have for those that love Avira but hate the update nag screen.......download it!
Very good software, sometime lifesaver

Pros
1. Very good at pop-up management
2. It gives me total control on what to close and what to show.
3. Takes very small system resource, almost none
Cons
1. Recently (Nov'07) program is crashing upon start-up. Not sure why
2. Need a global black list for troublesome website's URLs. Users can add and rank these URLs.
Summary
Useability could be better

Pros
The program got rid of the dialogs in nearly all cases on my system.
Cons
Setting up a task is a rather long clicking-and-typing-procedure. That's why I prefer Buzof which has hotkey support.

I don't ise Clickoff in the usual way. In fact I delete all the popop windows defined. We process a large number of Excel spreadsjeets automatically using a macro. We don't want all those Microsoft Excel windows that popup since the macros run unattended. Clickoff is just the ticket!
Loved the product

I love the fact that I can custom add ads to the list. Easy to use! I gave an average rating on stability since I had to reinstall the program.
This is the only program that does what I was looking for

Summary
Although this is a small program and have not really many features, the fact that can click away / close / minimize any program, window, or annoying msg on your screen is such a treat. I spent the hole day looking for something like this and this is the only one thing that did what I needed.
