From Ghotit :As you are now visiting ghotit.com you will see additional buttons in the toolbar. The "Talk" button will start to read out the text that is being typed in the edit window; You can always stop the voice by pressing the "Talk" button while the text is being read.
You can customize the voice of the speaker, accent of the voice (British or American English); as well as volume and speed of the speaker.

Version: text to speech addon 1.0
Pros: there was nothing good about it
Cons: It was nothing. When I looked it up in the search as there was no icons aywhere there was only the installer. I uninstalled it. I only hope it didn't take anything important with it.
Summary: It is supposed to be part of a larger editing software I believe but the producers site had no downloads on it. It's a waste of time and energy as far as I can make out.
