Sure, cats and dogs can be giggle-inducing. But who expects funny fish? This screensaver features 19 photos of various animals that aim at the funny bone, generally with good image quality. The program provides a fairly extensive feature set, allowing users control over transition effects, image size, background, and the interval between images. A few special effects such as sepia tone are included, although no soundtrack is provided. Any image can be used as wallpaper on a computer's desktop, and users can leave a virtual sticky note on the screen while the program is running. The screensaver does come bundled with a separate Internet Explorer toolbar, so be cautious if you don't want this extra component on your machine. This caveat aside, the download may well appeal to computer users who like seeing the animal kingdom's lighter side.
