"Excuriatingly slow to download a song"

The song downloaded at excrutiatingly slow speed. It took a minute to download 1% of a five minute song. At the very worst, I expect an audio ripper to download at the same speed as the song, like dubbing onto a tape (yes, I'm showing my age here).
Summary
The demo (free) version throws a skin across almost the whole screen, including the always-on-top taskbar. This is arrogant design, and did nothing to endear me to the product.
If this is the best they can do to impress me, they couldn't have done a worse job if they'd tried. I'm perfectly willing to buy a product which works, having downloaded at least ten free YouTube audio rippers, none of which have worked. But it certainly won't be this one. -

my personal opinion,,,is that if you are a robot,,,you will enjoy the company,,,they only answer questions in robot process e-mails....and it seems you will never talk to a human with them.....wasted my time,,but learned a lot thanks to them....for apparently is the same formatt with all these free downloads.....

I enjoy the speed and ease with which I can convert videos to mp3s and choose where to place the mp3s on my hard drive.
Cons
I found the information about the trial version of the the product misleading. For me, the trial version was simply a frustrating waste of time that made me wonder whether or not to purchase the software, as it appeared that nothing worked.
Summary
The product itself is excellent as it is. How you market the product, in terms of letting people partly "try it out," is not. If you are going to let people try it out, you should really let them try it out, either with a small, specified numer of downloads or a specified amount of time. Telling consumers that, with the trial version, they can only download "50%" of a video makes no sense when none of it shows up on the person's computer . I strongly recommend changing that part of how you market the product; I predict you would wind up with many more customers. As it is, if there weren't enough positive reviews out on the net already, the trial version would have scared me away from this sotware.
