Pros: NA
Cons: I could never get it to work. I would paste the URL in the program and I kept getting an error that it wasn't properly formatted. Interesting since the link would work in my browser. I attempted to "grab" 3 separate videos and got the same error on all. No help file either. I tried the "Wizard" part of the program as well, still no help.
