"You can't burn or edit videos once ripped. 3 free rips only."
Pros: You can view ripped videos in Windows Media Player & Media Center.
Cons: You can't open the ripped files in: Windows Explorer! Quicktime player, Sony Vegas, Media Player Classic, Real Player, Nero. MS office, Windows Movie Maker, Copy to DVD.
And you can only rip 3 times for free, then its $40 to register.

"no uninstall, no successful downloads"
Cons: There is no uninstall facility clearly and easily accessible. No instructions on how to remove if you don't want to keep it. Did not successfully complete any downloads (9 attempted). Unhelpful trial window - 3 startups and 30 days (which is effectively a three day trial window). At the time of writing, company has not responded to support request for uninstall instructions, but they claim they try to meet a 1 day response time.
