From Tradery :

This application can download historical quotes for a list of symbols stored in a text file, for a specified period of time. It can also update the existing date with the most recent bars. Data can be downloaded split and/or dividend adjusted and the bar duration can be set to daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly. The program can be used to automatically download or update the data by using its auto start downloading and auto exit options, the latter on the command line. This software does not contain any spyware, adware, or generally any badware, and it does not "call home" either.
