From Xobni :Xobni is the Outlook plug-in that saves you time finding email conversations, contacts and attachments.
After a quick install, you'll see the new Xobni toolbar appear in Outlook - and suddenly information will become much easier to find. When a new email arrives, the sender's full communication history appears in the Xobni sidebar, including past conversations, attachments and contact details. Xobni also includes a blazing fast email search tool.

Version: Xobni 3644 beta
Pros: This is a great plug-in so far. Only been using it a couple of days, and would miss it not being there. Let's me not be afraid of searching for fear of waiting too long, very fast. All features seem to work as in the publisher's description. It really will have you changing the way you work with Outlook.
I hope they don't charge too much for this.
Cons: Still a few hiccups. There are some features they could add, but it's been great so far.
