This handy application adds display customization tools for your Windows title bars, system tray, and taskbar. XNeat presents a simple and clear-cut interface that sits in your system tray (though we wish it would customize itself as well.) Program options are easy to navigate. Though sparsely explained, each option includes a Help tab and animation to sort you out. We're relieved to see no trace of the nag screen that plagued former versions.
Xneat can configure the program to affect window transparency and position on top, and to send the window to tray when minimized. You also can customize title bar context menus to add the same options, and access open programs quickly through a hot key combination (Windows icon space bar.) There's a new beta function to add Date and Clone buttons to Word files, but they never showed up on our already-customized computers. We'll need to test that further. Overall, we recommend this application to any user looking for additional window and taskbar options.

Version: XNeat 2.0.02
"Excellent utility but unusable after registration"
Pros: Great utility, esp when it comes to rearranging the taskbar icons.
Cons: I bought this tool because it was an excellent bargain for 15$. First, I got the registration confirmation 3 business days after I purchased it (the order email said 48 hours) for a total of 5 days since I ordered it on a Friday. I then finally got the registration email and registered the program successfully. It said it needed to restart and lo and behold it stopped working right after that, refusing to launch, silently exiting. I tried every trick I could find, but the trial worked each time and the registered version would not. There is basically no support for this product - I sent multiple emails to their support email with no responses.

"awsome must-have program for people that have lots of stuff open at once"
Pros: it's great that you can minimize stuff to the system tray, and put it always on top. another good feature is to roll it up, but it's not as useful as the others, and either is the transparency
Cons: what's annoying is that there's a constant reminder to buy the product, but once it's bought i bet it goes away
