Wise-FTP helps you transfer files between your computer and the Internet with ease. Uploading a Web page or downloading files from FTP servers, this powerful FTP client with an easy-to-use interface offers many special features, such as drag-and-drop functionality for files and directories, quick previewing of files, and the synchronization of directories. Other helpful functions include simultaneous transmissions, secure authentication and file transferring (SFTP protocol for safety), and an integrated HTML editor for editing files on the remote server. Work with FTP servers as if they were local files and directories, just like in Windows Explorer. Edit files directly on the FTP server. The application features configurable sounds for different actions.

Version 3.1 adds automatic aligning of the source system and the target system, improves the scheduler, increases the upload speed, and exports a server list to a CSV file.

What's new in this version:

Unidirectional folder synchronisation: automatic alignment of source system and target system
The program uses now considerably less system ressources.
Improved Scheduler: wildcards such as �S*txt�? can be used for up- and download
Increase of upload speed
Workaround for older SSH.COM servers for which the authentication of users with valid private key used to fail
Export of server list to a csv file
The date and time of a session is saved in the FTP log... see all new features

"Does what I need it to do"

Pros: Been using it for 1 year now and have no complaints.

Cons: Interface good be nicer.
