From Martin Prikryl :Freeware SFTP (SSH File Transfer Protocol), FTP (File Transfer Protocol) and SCP (Secure Copy) client for Windows using SSH (Secure Shell). Its main function is safe copying of files between a local and a remote computer. Beyond this basic function, WinSCP manages some other actions with files. Version 4.0.4 is a bug fixing release.

"Easy to use... and it's free!"
Pros: Allows both SFTP and FTP site access, SSH tunnel access, can be used along with Beyond Compare to compare files from both the local drive and the server, drag and drop capabilities, edit-on-hand feature so you don't have to download the file to edit it. And it's free!
