From SamsonSoft :WebRipper is an Internet scanner and downloader, which is easy to use, yet powerful and fast. Download massive amounts of images, videos, audio, executables, or documents from any Web site. WebRipper uses spider-technology to follow the links in all directions from the start-address. It filters out the interesting files on the way, and adds them to the download-queue for fast downloading by the multi channel download-engine. WebRipper is integrated with major Internet search engines, giving you the ability to specify just a search word/phrase and category.
In version 1.25, server file structure can now be kept for downloaded items. Improved html-parser performance. Added new scan mode. Added option to scan folders for pictures. Added unlimited scan-levels option for domain- and folder-restricted jobs. Added XML parsing. Improved resolving of relative links. Saving/loading of jobs has undergone major improvements. User interface improvements.

Version: WebRipper 1.25
"Quick way to DL many pics, movies, and sounds."
Pros: Easy to use, just copy and paste a link, select what you're looking for, select how many links to follow, and that's it.
Cons: Not much else to do with it, tends to download a bit too much at times.

Pros: can grab more than just images (video+music too) and u can view images of the pics being downloaded.
Cons: Havent found issue w/it yet.

Pros: It does allow config setting such as how many threads, how many link layers, filtering of all major pic and vid types. Min and Max file and pic size. Very cool preview window. Allows for full web search or an URL for a starting point.
Cons: I do think it should allow keyword filtering on the targeted search mode. I also would like a keyword filter for "don't download" like border, top, side, ect this would elimiate web page structures that meet the size/dimention settings. The full web search seems a bit weak, I don't get the results expected, but may just need to try different keywords and settings. I just started using the app so I need to evaluate further before I knock it any further. Some people ask a lot of freeware, this app is very cool and functional for the price....FREE
