WebFerret puts the power of several Internet search engines into one package. This program simultaneously queries multiple Internet search engines, quickly returns results, and eliminates duplicate URLs. Just like a search engine, WebFerret links all results to the corresponding Web pages but also lets you view results by name, address, or source. DDE support for browser, news, email, and FTP clients has been added in this version, so users can select the ones they prefer to use, independent of the system defaults. WebFerret is compatible with Windows 98.
