From KC7RAD :This program downloads and displays radar and satellite images from the National Weather Service right on the Windows Wallpaper. It will download images from every 5 minutes to 24 hours; it's up to you. You can also modify the included resources file to include just about any kind of image. The program also has a cache option to save the images that are downloaded. The provided resources file only includes imagery for the United States but by changing the resources file, any additional imagery can be added. This version is the first release on CNET Download.com.

Cons: The program worked for me, however, it was a screenshot of a radar (or satellite) picture updated whenever you tell the program to. The program changes the screen to black and slaps it's screenshot in the middle. I was hoping for a little more than what it gave.
