From Tropic Designs :Use this weather monitoring tool that can show you weather information from selected US cities, as well as satellite images from across the world. WeatherPulse includes weather alert options, 10 day forecast, hourly forecast, detailed forecast and more. The satellite images can be sent via email and also saved to file. Weather Pulse integrates all the information into a simple, easy to use interface and also provides a tray icon that displays the current temperature with adjustable font and colors. You can also add custom radar and weather images, view animated images and monitor multiple zip codes. A nicely done program that puts local and global weather information into easy reach from the system tray.

"Tells me what I want to know"
Pros: It's a pretty accurate program
Cons: I never knock anything that's free
Summary: I like it very much...when I get up I check the weather and sort of plan my day from it

"Latest version is awesome..New version at their site."
Pros: More options than any other free weather software, no frills, does what it's suppose to do nicely. New versions now with new features and fixes. I like the Weather widget plug-in and new alert marquee. Simple Gui that looks great on large monitors.
Cons: The new plug-ins are great but I'd like to see some free ones. The main program is free but the plug-ins so far do cost, they are inexpensive, I guess to keep the main program going but I think there should be free ones too.

Pros: NONE..other than it's plain and simple.
Cons: Latest bug fix caused severe weather alerts to stop working, GUI to plain, cannot resize or change background color of desklet. NO SUPPORT!

"Alerts don't work with newest update"
Pros: Great program - instant accesss to the latest weather conditions, forecasts, and other weather info. And it's free!
Cons: Latest update was created to fix a major bug in the program. Supposed to provide severe weather alerts, but with latest update, alert function doesn't work. No tech support, so no way to get this fixed.
