War Rock is populated by thousands of players at any given time in servers all over the world. With a wide variety of customizable weaponry and vehicles, intuitive controls, and multiple battle modes, War Rock is a blast for seasoned FPS veterans and first-timers alike.

WarRock is a frenetic first-person shooter MMORPG (massively multiplayer online role-playing game). You can play one of five soldiers: engineer, assault, sniper, heavy artillery, or medic (the only female). You must choose an environment before a character. There are about a dozen landscapes, and they are applied to close combat, urban ops and battle group scenarios; the last one allowing you to drive everything from motorcycles to tanks to helicopters. Without a doubt, this game should appeal to those into modern military strategy and fighting.

WarRock's Web site, where you need to register before playing, is easy to navigate and mandatory to look at so you can understand how to play. No patches and a smooth setup make for a pleasant installation experience. Unfortunately, there have been numerous user complaints that if you don't live on a continent that has one of WarRock's servers, then it won't let you connect.

It's hard to understate how quickly things happen in this game; changing your POV is difficult, so it's easy to get shot in the back. All the battles feature two teams, and you're randomly assigned when you join the game in progress. There aren't cheaters, as you might find in other MMORPGs, but there are very testy game-players who aren't shy about voting you out if you're slowing down their team's inexorable march to victory.

  "Freakn' amazing"

  Pros: Extremely addicting, great fps. I recogmend it to my all friends

  Cons: lame n00bs who think everyone with talent is a hacker. No really, there are no cons with this game

  "Truly and awesome FPS.. free or not"

  Pros: Even if this game wasn't free, it is truly an awesome First-Person Shooter. There's roughly a dozen vehicles, ranging from dirt bikes to tanks to boats to fighter jets, a variety of guns to purchase with in-game money (earned while you play), and a selection of giant versatile maps. On top of all that there is an in-game statistics system that tracks your stats and allows you to level-up through the ranks, distinguishing you from the newbies who often plague the game.

  Cons: There's a few minor glitches here and there, but nothing that really affects gameplay. For example, when a game ends and the stats are shown, if you were shooting your gun the gunshot sound might continue to loop.

  "BEST FREE FPS EVER !!! MUST DOWNLOAD !!"

  Pros: Gameplay is awesome,

  The game is FREE,

  Easy controls,

  Ranked multiplayer matches!

  It can't be any better than that!

  Cons: The game is a little buggy, but not soo much. There will be patches soon enough.

  Overall that is the only con. DOWNLOAD THIS GAME IT PWNS ALL OTHERS !!!!

  "One of the best games"

  Pros: This is an awsome game, it has easy controls ranks and its own currency. There are 4 gameplay types and all are fun. An over all awsome game.

  Cons: Its from K2, so you know there gona milk out every penie they can from it. Currently there is a promo code witch gives you an m60 or a chaingun depending where you get it. Other than that nothing to complain about

  "This game is the sh*t!!!"

  Pros: It's free (so far..?)

  Good graphics, good game play, a decent community.

  This game is very addictive, and loads of fun.

  Cons: Can't get my joy stick to work for vehicles.

  Would be cool if you could pick up weapons from dead players, so you could switch tactics without having to respawn.
