Despite some ease-of-use issues, this program helps you put a different face on your PC anytime you want. Wallpaper Cycler organizes your various wallpapers in categories, which the program will then cycle through at specified times. You can import any of your own images directly into the program, or create custom designs with the built-in gradient tool. You'll also find a list of links to popular image sites for obtaining even more shots to use as wallpapers. Operating this program wasn't the easiest thing we've ever done, as it takes a while to get the hang of where all the controls are and what they do. The Layout feature, which lets you create your collages from several different pieces of wallpaper, is a nice touch, but you'll definitely want to consult the help manual to grasp its possibilities. Still, folks who like to frequently change their wallpaper might find this program worth the time it takes to overcome the learning curve.Publisher's description
From NuonSoft :Wallpaper Cycler is an easy to use, yet powerful desktop wallpaper manager and changer to get rid of that boring static wallpaper on your desktop. You can change the wallpaper with a specific delay or at specific times. Wallpapers are easily managed in multi-level categories which can have time constraints to give your desktop a time or season dependent look. Tags can be used to link wallpapers to specific layouts and to create search folders. Tags can also be used in combination with the Smart Orientation feature to select portrait/landscape wallpapers when your monitor is in portrait/landscape mode. The powerful layout feature allows you to create custom layouts for your desktop which enable you to show an unlimited combination of calendars, quotes, notes, webcams, other wallpapers, calendar notes objects, and news (RSS) headlines. Any combination of effects (blur, brightness, color-tone, mask, and textures) can be applied to each individual object.

"Quick, efficient and brilliant"
Pros: This program does exactly what I say: It can change your wallpaper within a certain interval.
Quickly to set up, then set some configurations like "random" and "time interval" and then it create your database and put itself in the taskbar.Cons: Haven?t really found anyone yet. It?s so easy and without all sorts of extra and unnecessary functions. Straight ahead.
Summary: If you can?t decide which wallpaper your desktop should be decorated with, this is the software for you!
On top of that there are shortcut keys to change between your wallpapers.
