I downloaded a few wallpaper switchers off CNET to try and couldn't believe how bad some of the software is. This is yet another faulty and badly designed piece of junk that someone thinks we'll be mug enough to pay money for. The free programs are way better: maybe because the authors care about the software rather just grabbing your money.
Avoid this, it's rubbish.

"Even the most basic functions alienated me"

1. Download.com said the trial was without limitation; actually it is a 15-day trial;
2. Tried to add 4 pics to rotate, but it added the entire folder of pics; was impossible to delete the extras afterwards. Had to uninstall and reinstall (but I didn't bother to reinstall).

Every time the program starts, I get the error: "Form1 Form_Resize a form can't be moved or sized while minimized or maximized.", and then it won't minimize to the system tray as advertised. Also the fonts are such that most entry boxes and options do not display in a readable form.
And if that's not enough, it tends to crash frequently while cycling through a list of bitmaps. -

After trying out x-changer, and some other free wallpaper programs, this one is the best. The important thing for me is to have the wallpaper change on startup and close program automatically. Other free program does the trick but it took forever to boot my computer. This program does the trick and does not delay the booting much. Just because of that, $15 is worth it for me. Afterall, $15 is the price of a nice dinner for me, which comes out of my you know what after a couple of days. Thanks Wallpaper Changer!!

Works Great even with active desktop. Being able to drag n drop pictures onto the picture list is a nice feature too.
