From Ronin Software :Wall Street Raider is a highly sophisticated and realistic financial simulation, a corporate takeover, and stock market game in which one to five players strive to build corporate empires by fair means or otherwise, all the while trying to stay one step ahead of the SEC, IRS, Justice Department, EPA, Congress, powerful unions, and ruthless competitors--not to mention man-made and natural economic and other disasters and tough ethical choices. Play occurs against the background of a moving stock ticker and scrolling news headlines with occasional news flash announcements.
Invest in, take over, and manage or start up any of 1,500-plus companies in 70 industry groups, trade government, and junk bonds. Sue your competitors, do IPOs, LBOs, green mail, mergers, liquidations, restructurings, asset stripping, antitrust suits, and junk bond financing, and use all the other financial tools used by real corporate raiders. It is now configurable for any of 20 national currencies, and with new advisory features offering you investment advice and tactical tips for increasing your wealth, as you view each pop-up menu of transactions or investment research tools.
