From Ipswitch :WS_FTP LE (Limited Edition) is a standard FTP client for Winsock. The graphical interface was designed with the novice FTP user in mind, but there are advanced features for power users as well. It's easy to set up profiles so you can easily toggle between commonly visited FTP sites. This version is available free to the following users: government employees, noncommercial home users, and students and staff of educational institutions. Corporate users or those who do not qualify for free use of WS_FTP LE must use WS_FTP Pro.
