From LiteMobile Software :WAP Proof is a professional mobile browser emulator supporting WML, XHTML MP, HTML and cHTML documents. Several mobile devices are emulated. The HTTP request entity is similar to that of a real device, so the mobile website may be tested for compatibility with various user agents. WAP Proof works over HTTP as an ordinary HTTP browser. Features: WML/HTML syntax validation and highlighting, logging of the HTTP traffic, access to HTTP headers and query, access to WAP page resources (images and CSS).
