From Binarema :Customize your invoice templates from top to bottom, print your invoices quickly, and e-mail copies of them in PDF or JPEG. You will also be able to send any report by e-mail in HTML or to control your points of sale with this invoicing system, useful for individuals as well as for small businesses. Volutive includes items, customers, vendors, invoices, delivery notes, quotes, purchase orders, and receipts. Both sales tax names and the way they are worked out can be customized for non-US users (special attention to Canadian taxes).
Version 1.2.2's help program supports Acrobat Reader 7's new interface.

"very useful(100%) for small business, customize invoice printing"
Pros: 100% useful, another very good point which differs from other is "you can customize printing i.e paper size, fields to be printed etc" you can print whatever you want to mention in invoice(Field, text, diagram etc"
Cons: You can't keep your account(transactions) secret.
you can;t ***** data if stored in removable drive(pen drive)

Pros: More user friendly than any other invoicing software I've used so far. Highly recomended for any small businesses that need good, fast, and easy to use invoicing software, best thing is it won't kill the budget cause its free!! Plus it will even email your clients in PDF format. I would give this software a 10 if I could.

Pros: This is a fantastic program for the small business. Totally customizable. It takes a little bit of setup time, but once it is set up, it is a breeze to run. The learning curve is minimal. It is a very easy program to learn and use.
You have full control over client information as well as the ability to send out emails to all of the address in your client list. If you have sales routes, it gives you the option of assigning numbers to each sales person and traking comission per saleman.
It prints both invoices (which are linked to a client) or receipts (which have no client listed).
It can automatically calculate tax and shipping as well as give discounts on whole orders or individual items.
I have a home based business and this is just the tool that I needed for my business. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would.
