From VietReader:

VietReader is a free reader for documents in the popular Pilot DOC format.

There are a couple of nice commercial readers for Englisch on the market. VietReader is targeted at those who read Vietnamese e-books. The coding scheme follows Vietnamese Standard Code for Information Interchange 1993 (VSCII-2), also well known as TCVN. However, VietReader can also handle e-books in English. VietReader has two versions: freeware and shareware. Future developments of VietEdit and VietMobile will be on a shareware scheme. Users inside Vietnam and students expect a lower sharing fee.
